These all-American BBQ Wings are finger-licking good and ideal for a summer BBQ. The thick sauce is sweet and savory but not too spicy, so the whole family can also enjoy this classic barbecue. BBQ wings are popular at summer pool parties or small week-end gatherings!
12 chicken wings
6 tablespoon tomato sauce
6 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
6 tablespoon Plum Sauce
Black Pepper (grounded)
Cut off the wing tips and throw them away, then cut the wings in half at the joint and season the chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika. Put some oil on the barbecue rack. Grill the chicken wings, with the skin down for about 8 to 10 minutes, turn and grill for 5 to 6 minutes.
While grilling, use a large bowl and mix the Hoisin, Plum and Tomato Sauces, stir until rich and sticky.
Brush the wings with the sauce, then barbecue for a minute. Brush again, turn and grill for another minute. Brush again, turn and cook for another minute. Repeat this process until well done. Let it cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
